3-Day Gorilla Trekking Safari in Uganda

Itinerary:

• Depart early from Kampala or Entebbe (around 7:00 AM) for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (approx. 8–10 hours by road).
• En route, stop at the Equator for photos and a brief presentation.
• Continue through the rolling hills of western Uganda, passing banana plantations and local markets.
• Lunch en route (in Mbarara or Kabale).
• Arrive at your lodge in or near Bwindi in the late afternoon or early evening.
• Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

• Trek duration: 2–6+ hours depending on the location of the gorilla family.
• Spend up to 1 hour with the gorillas once found – observing, taking photos (no flash), and enjoying their behavior.
• After the trek, return to the lodge for a hot meal and some relaxation.
